Spring/Summer 2012 was all about the bold peplum silhouette..you may be wondering what exactly is a peplum? It is a flared ruffle added to the waistline of a dress, jacket, or blouse. This was actually a popular trend in the 80's and is now coming back. I was never a ruffle fan but i love how it adds a ladylike flair to your ensemble. slimming your waistline while enhancing your beautiful curves..whats not to love?
